Toyo University's PPP School is a two-year Master's degree course under Graduate School of Economics. It was established in 2006. More than 200 students from both public and private studied in PPP school.

Students can study and finish their degree in Japanese or English.

Research Center for PPP was established under the PPP School in 2008. At the Research Center, we conduct various sponsored/commissioned researches, publish white paper and collected papers, and host PPP related events.

Graduates of the PPP School participate in researches as “Research Partners.”

Asia PPP Institute was established in 2011 to extend our activities to Asian countries. The APPPI has conducted researches in the Philippines, Indonesia, and other Asian countries. The APPPI also held short-term capacity building seminars in many countries.

For Prospective Interntional Students

International students have options to take classes in Japanese and English. Variety of courses are taught in both languages. Detailed information for Internatinal students who wish to study in English.
